His most well-known games are the Flash-based game Meat Boy, and its sequel Super Meat Boy, which has been released for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 4. McMillen is also known for the games Gish, Aether, The Binding of Isaac and Coil. (Possibly standing for Cute, Huge and Deadly - N. Spencer) is an animated mass of blood and tissue. He has a similar body structure to Spewer and is the boss of Chapter 2: The Hospital. Can be defeated by simply avoiding his attacks until the keys for each section of the level. Super Meat Boy is a 2010 platform game designed by Edmund McMillen and Tommy Refenes under the collective name of 'Team Meat'.
